Events, CPD and Consultancy
The S.P.A. offers a programme of in-person and online activities and events to develop partnership staff. We also provide community meet-ups, partnership clinics and bespoke consultancy support. Our programmes are open to members and non-members.
By taking part in our programmes and collaborating with colleagues from across the sector, partnership staff learn how to maximise partnerships to be as effective, innovative and impactful as possible for every pupil.

Partnership health check*Details
1. Each partner completes a health check survey, ranking the partnership on a variety of areas, from green to red. 2. Your S.P.A. consultant will analyse the data, and prioritise areas for discussion at a review workshop. 3. Your S.P.A. consultant will facilitate the review workshop, presenting the survey analysis and supporting discussion around the positive experiences or the challenges partners have around it. They will help the partnership determine the actions that should be taken, by whom and by when. 4. A priority action planning report will be provided. | £2,500 | £3,000 |
