Partnership health check*
Details
Designed to provide a 360-degree view of your partnership’s set-up, operation, and processes, providing useful insights into partners’ views that can be used to develop an action plan that will ensure the partnership can evolve.  The health check can be used at various stages of the partnership journey:  at inception to check building blocks and perceptions, annually to check progress or as a one off to underpin a review. There are four distinct stages:
    1. Each partner completes a health check survey, ranking the partnership on a variety of areas, from green to red.
    2. Your S.P.A. consultant will analyse the data, and prioritise areas for discussion at a review workshop.
    3. Your S.P.A. consultant will facilitate the review workshop, presenting the survey analysis and supporting discussion around the positive experiences or the challenges partners have around it. They will help the partnership determine the actions that should be taken, by whom and by when.
    4. A priority action planning report will be provided.
